Cancellation policy:

Companies
• Cancellation two hours before the trip is for free.
• Within two hours before the trip, 50% of the amount is deducted.
• If the customer doesnt show up , The full amount will be deducted.

Individuals
• Cancellation six hours before the trip is for free.
• Within six hours before the trip, 50% of the amount is deducted.
• If the customer doesnt show up , The full amount will be deducted.

Waiting Policy:

If the customer does not attend, the full value of 100% of the booking voucher will be charged.

The delay time is calculated on the customer after a full hour from the arrival time specified by the booking voucher.

The waiting time at the airport reception is a full hour free of charge, after which the delay time is calculated according to the schedule.

The waiting time from the city center to the airport is only 20 minutes for free, after which the delay time is calculated according to the schedule.
